AI automation and AI-assisted workflows

AI automation connects tasks such as interpretation, summarising and draft preparation to defined workflows. As an AI automation agency, PRIZMATION designs this support around your business's real needs, aiming to reduce preparation work while keeping decisions and approvals with you.

Let the system support information gathering and first drafts, so your team can focus on evaluation and sound decisions.

Example AI-assisted workflow

  1. Rules-based stepCheck required fields; organise the record and its owner according to a defined rule.
  2. AI-assisted stepPrepare a short summary of the enquiry or a draft response for review.
  3. Human decisionCheck accuracy; an authorised person decides where pricing, commitments or sensitive judgement are involved.

01

AI at the right step, more focused human effort.

Moving information into a defined field often needs only a clear rule. Understanding a free-text enquiry or summarising scattered notes may require interpretation. We don't force both tasks into the same approach: rules-based automation, AI support and human decisions are assigned according to the work.

02

Three different roles in an enquiry workflow

Rules-based step
Check required fields; organise the record and its owner according to a defined rule.
AI-assisted step
Prepare a short summary of the enquiry or a draft response for review.
Human decision
Check accuracy; an authorised person decides where pricing, commitments or sensitive judgement are involved.

  2. Record / ruleFields and owner
  3. AI draftSummary or draft reply
  4. Human reviewCheck, correct, approve
  5. Permitted next stepWithin defined authority

Producing an AI output does not, by itself, authorise sending an external message or making a business commitment.

Faster preparation and human control can be designed together. The goal is not to hand everything to AI, but to help your team work with the right information.

03

A workflow with control points defined from the start.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. We define what data it can use, what actions it can take, when it must return to human review and how it should stop when something unexpected occurs. Access is not widened unnecessarily; we assess only the data and tools appropriate to the work and approved scope.

A controlled trial covers example inputs, output checks, human corrections and exceptions. Usage and maintenance costs are part of the solution; choosing a model is not a project design on its own.

04

Are AI agents and automation the same thing?

“AI agent” can describe different capabilities in different systems. What matters is the task, the information used and the authority granted—not the label. As a system's decision scope expands, error handling, access and approval boundaries need to be clearer. We therefore scope the solution around your business workflow.

05

Questions we clarify before starting

No. A simpler method or direct human control may fit a step with clear rules or a high impact if it goes wrong. See AI or rules-based automation?

We review existing tools, data structure, account ownership and access conditions before choosing. A subscription to a particular tool does not mean the whole solution is ready.

Scope, connections, testing, usage and support conditions are clarified together. Before work starts, you see these conditions and the decisions that remain with people in a clear proposal.
